A comprehensive e-handbook for teachers, offering guidance on how to implement life skills education and practical activities to help students develop emotional regulation, stress management, communication, and critical thinking skills.

Training Platform

An interactive platform designed for students to learn life skills through engaging digital modules and games. The platform focuses on areas such as emotional regulation, self-management, communication, conflict resolution, and decision-making, aimed at enhancing both social and academic success.

Platforms

Peer-support networks through WhatsApp groups and workshops to foster motivation and continuous participation. These platforms encourage collaboration among students and educators while promoting personal development and social inclusion.

About LIFEWISE

General Objectives
The LifeWise Project aims to equip students aged 12-15 with life skills like emotional regulation and resilience, providing teachers with resources such as the SkillHUB Platform and WiseGuide Handbook. It promotes well-being, social inclusion, and long-term impact through accessible, sustainable resources, while encouraging international collaboration across Europe. 
Target Group
The target group of the LifeWise Project includes students aged 12-15, particularly those from vulnerable backgrounds. It also involves teachers and educators who will implement the SkillHUB Platform and WiseGuide Handbook in classrooms. Additionally, youth workers, school administrators, and policymakers will benefit from the project’s resources, while parents will be encouraged to support life skills development at home.
Specific Objectives
To develop students' competencies in emotional regulation, decision-making, resilience, and communication.
To provide teachers with practical tools, including the SkillHUB Platform and WiseGuide Handbook, to integrate life skills education into their teaching. 
To help students build the skills needed for personal development, social inclusion, and academic success. 
To create accessible and adaptable resources that can be used beyond the project, ensuring long-term impact.
To encourage cross-border cooperation among schools, educators, and organizations to share best practices and improve life skills education across Europe.
